Hi my name is Anita, and I am a founder of Ida's Beauty Salon. I am not just building a business, I am building a space where beauty meets confidence, where every client walks in as they are and leaves as who they feel called to be.
Being a salon owner in my 20s does not mean I need to know how to do hair to lead in this industry. It means I have the vision, the discipline, and the courage to create opportunities, to employ talent, and to build something that speaks louder than my own hands.
I believe leadership is not only about doing, but about guiding, supporting, and making room for others to shine in their craft. Ida's Beauty Salon is a reflection of growth, resilience, and purpose — and I am only just getting started.
